RunUC holds several runs per week, at times that vary based on upcoming meets and availability of runners.
The run schedule is typically Mondays, 6:00 at the armory, run followed by dinner Tuesdays, guys run, 4:00 at the armory Wednesdays, guys run, 4:00 at the armory, Thursdays, girls workout, 6:00 at the ticket office Thursdays, guys workout, 9:00pm at the ticket office Fridays, 4:00 at the armory, adventure run Sundays, 3:00 at the armory
